WEC’s primary goal is to bring the gospel to cultures and peoples who have yet to receive it, and to see churches start and grow among them.

This happens by all means, including:

• Pioneer evangelism and church planting

• Bible translation and literacy work

• Youth work

• Medical clinics and primary health care

• People serving cross-culturally in ordinary jobs, but living and witnessing as Christians

• Specialized ministries such as:
– Betel (helping substance-dependent people),
– Rainbows of Hope (for children in crisis) and
– Neighbours Worldwide (reaching minority ethnic groups in the UK)

All this front-line service is supported here and overseas by people with many other skills: administrators; teachers for missionaries’ children; people who can maintain buildings and grounds; writers and designers; IT professionals; and people who nurture our relationships with UK churches.
