The annual event, one of the largest mission events in the south of England, featured: 

• seminars;
• a Global Village enabling many missions and WEC ministries to showcase their opportunities for service;
• a children's worship party;
• youth happenings;
• and large gatherings in the main marquee. 

Brazilian anthropologist and missionary, Ronaldo Lidorio, shared about church-planting in the Amazonian jungle;

Missionary and musicologist, Elfi Bohl, taught worship songs while playing her kora, a 24-stringed traditional instrument, strummed like a harp, which is indigenous to the Mandinka people of West Africa.

A similar event is planned for Monday Bank Holiday 4 May 2009.
