Bulstrode redevelopment logoIt's good to watch how quickly the buildings have sprung up from the ground. It's exciting to see the ‘promise' becoming a reality — and to see the fruit of our faith in God.

So be encouraged and keep praying. We cannot afford to lessen our intention to pray or slip into presumption, as we see things moving on.

Reading this veteran evangelist's ministry reports can be a little humbling.

I began my 21 days of prayer and fasting. I spent time in Bible study and prayer. My wife returned from her home town. A lady had come from a village about 20 miles away to ask prayer for healing. I asked "Are you a Christian?"

Bulstrode Redevelopment logoBulstrode is the home of WEC International. WEC UK is beginning a major redevelopment programme that is the culmination of seven years of seeking God. UK Director John Bagg introduces this exciting project:

Phase 1 – more housing

This consists of 11 houses for long-term staff in the site of the old WEC Press and outhouses:

  • 3 units for families,
  • 8 units for singles/couples,
  • estimated cost of approx £1,000,000.

Clinic gets go-ahead after 10-year battle PDF Print E-mail
grounds of Ntchumbe Bible InstituteA new clinic is to be built in the impoverished West African state of Guinea-Bissau after ten years of prayer and court battles.

The clinic will be on the land of the Bible Institute, which WEC missionaries helped to establish in the interior of the country and where future pastors are trained.

The land in Ntchumbé was legally registered to the Institute, but then illegally occupied by a small number of villagers, who planted cashew trees to stake their own claim on the land.

I had not come for polite conversation, but the man I had wanted to visit was away from home and the family were politely entertaining me. I, in return, politely made small talk as I sweated profusely in the armchair. Coke bottle empty, I felt I had done my bit and made to leave.
