We make no public appeal for funds
We believe that God will provide for our needs. Supply is through churches or individuals being prompted by God to give, and not infrequently through
legacies! This means that our expansion and outreach are not
restricted by fixed budgets or fund-raising campaigns but by God's
guidance and promises.
so where does the money come from?
No WEC member receives a salary, whether overseas or at a home base.
Many individuals and churches give money to WEC's General Fund. Others
prefer to give to individual workers or projects. Such gifts are passed
on without any deductions.
Our national offices ('Sending Bases')
channel whatever funds are sent to the individuals or projects as designated.
Worker support
WEC has no set level of support that workers need to raise. We trust together that, if God has called you, he will supply your needs.
Administration and other costs
No appeals or deductions are made for home ministry funding either. We trust the Lord for gifts to cover personal support, administration,
maintenance, publicity, travel costs, etc. Because we all operate on the same financial principles,
fellowship becomes more meaningful, and we seek to help one another financially where necessary.
If you have further questions, download a Money Matters leaflet.
How to donate
If you want to make a general donation to WEC, complete this email form to our Finance Office. They will then instruct you with choices of how to donate to WEC generally, or how to designate a gift to a WEC worker or ministry.
