WEC Trek is the short term programme of WEC International, it's aim is to give Trekkers a real taste of what it means to engage in God's big global mission.

Treks can be as short as four weeks, or as long as a year, WEC Trek can arrange treks for teams, or for individuals.

2 types of Trek

Individual placements work alongside experienced WEC workers worldwide. These placement opportunities are for up to a year in length.

Teams rise to the challenge of giving mission all you've got for 2-3 weeks.  Go to 2009 teams

4 stages to a Trek

Team and individual placements consists of four stages.

This as part of a discipleship course for cross-cultural workers : 

1. Application process and pre-departure reading
2. Orientation course
3. Placement on location
4. Review and debrief
