Betel helps restore those struggling with substance abuse, homelessness and long-term unemployment to healthy, independent lifestyles.

Betel work in 21 nations, with seven residential centres in the UK, and run regular outreach to the homeless and hurting on the streets of UK cities.

Like other ministries in WEC International, Betel is dedicated to bringing the gospel to the world's most marginalised and forgotten people.

Betel's recovery programme is free – anyone can have access to their safe, structured environment. It's a refuge where they can gradually rebuild self-dignity with two of life's building blocks: meaningful relationships and meaningful work.

Staff share their faith and values with residents, believing that Jesus Christ can radically transform any life. Our all-powerful God can give hope to even the most troubled, and many residents receive freedom in Christ. Some stay at the centre to mentor others or become pastors.
