Cross-cultural training
WEC runs six training centres around the world, offering holistic training for effective cross-cultural service.
The training takes place not just in the classroom. Many ministry opportunities will be given to gain 'hands on' experience of doing the work of God, locally and overseas. This develops ministry for cross-cultural service, people skills, and teamwork. To be relevant in Christian work we have to grow as Christians, and residential living in community develops character and a Christ-like lifestyle.

Radio Worldwide is a world leader in the provision of broadcast training for Christians wanting to reach others using radio. We partner with other international experts, like IBRA and HCJB, to provide training in the UK, online and on the ground in Africa and Asia.
Crisis Care Training provides training to children-in-crisis caregivers working in any cross-cultural context. WEC's Rainbows of Hope teams are experts in this field, and provide this training to empower such caregivers to give effective and compassionate help to children and families suffering trauma.
