How fast will you deliver my items?
Speedy Dispatch
We will despatch your order from our stock as soon as we can. If you have a specific requirement for speedy delivery, please let us know. This may involve extra costs.
Free for UK addresses
Books will normally be sent out by post (including Parcelforce). Postage is free to addresses in the United Kingdom. Alternatively, books can be collected from our Bulstrode headquarters or our depot in Haslingden, Lancashire.
Overseas orders
For overseas orders, please contact WEC book orders by email with a list of your requirements. We will calculate the cost including postage, and send you a link to Paypal to enable you to pay online. We use the Royal Mail 'M Bag' service, and you can specify Priority or Economy despatch.
Why are your prices different from those advertised elsewhere?
We have decided to round up our prices where they have been advertised in the past at …99p. We believe that this is more transparent, and less awkward where we are selling books to you at meetings and other events. But remember, your order will be fulfilled post free in the UK, whatever the size of the order.
Can I cancel or return my goods?
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
If you do cancel your order, WEC will return your payment.

Please do this reusing the packaging we used (if it is still in good enough condition) or, failing this, use packaging that is at least as good.
